Terms of service
Last updated 2 September 2026
These terms govern access to Giveamenu by restaurants, hospitality businesses, their owners, staff, and authorised partners. Customer orders and reservations are also subject to the restaurant terms shown on the relevant storefront.
The service
Giveamenu provides tools for restaurant websites, digital menus, QR access, promotions, galleries, reviews, reservations, ordering, business administration, AI-assisted content, and optional third-party integrations. Features depend on the selected plan, location, provider availability, and product eligibility.
Business accounts and authority
You must provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure, and ensure that each user has appropriate permissions. By creating or managing a restaurant account, you confirm that you are authorised to act for that business and to provide its content and instructions.
Restaurant content and AI drafts
The restaurant remains responsible for its menus, prices, allergens, availability, claims, images, promotions, opening hours, and other published information. AI-generated or extracted content is a draft and must be checked before publication. You grant Giveamenu the permission needed to host, transform, translate, and display content solely to provide and improve the requested service.
Google Business Profile
Google Business Profile connection is optional and requires the connecting user to be authorised by the business. Connecting allows discovery of profiles that Google says the user can manage but does not itself edit a listing. Giveamenu only sends menu updates, posts, or review replies after an authorised user confirms the specific preview. You must not use Giveamenu to manage a profile without the business owner’s permission or to send misleading, unlawful, or policy-violating content.
Ordering and the restaurant customer
Unless the checkout expressly says otherwise, the restaurant shown on the storefront is the seller and is responsible for accepting, preparing, supplying, refunding, and supporting the order. Giveamenu provides the ordering technology. Payment processing may be provided by a separate payment provider under its own terms.
Plans, trials, and payment
Plan features, prices, taxes, billing intervals, trial eligibility, trial start date, and trial end date are shown before activation or purchase. A trial does not create a paid subscription unless the merchant is clearly told this and affirmatively agrees. The merchant remains responsible for charges it has authorised and for keeping billing information current.
Acceptable use
Do not use Giveamenu to break the law, infringe rights, mislead customers, send spam, interfere with the service, bypass security or plan limits, scrape third-party services, upload malicious content, or access a restaurant, Google profile, payment account, or customer record without authority.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and data protected, but internet services and third-party integrations may be interrupted or changed. We may make proportionate changes for security, law, provider requirements, abuse prevention, or product improvement. Material changes that adversely affect an active paid service will be communicated where reasonably possible.
Suspension and termination
A merchant can stop using the service and disconnect optional integrations. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, non-payment, unlawful use, material breach, or protection of restaurants and customers. Data export and deletion requests are handled subject to restaurant instructions and legal retention duties.
Responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded. Each party remains responsible for losses caused by its breach, negligence, fraud, or unlawful conduct. Any commercial liability limits, service levels, data-processing terms, and governing law agreed for a paid plan or enterprise deployment form part of that contract and take priority where they conflict with this public summary.
